The room had nice furniture and a really comfy bed. Plus, it had a balcony 🌞. the staff knew their stuff and suggested some awesome places to eat and grab a drink.

Had splendid stay for our third visit with competent staff and spectacular location to stay in Wilderness if you like the Ocean. Location: the hotel was near many excellent restaurants in Wilderness, and ths sea. A good choice of food for breakfast, everything was appetising.

This place was perfect for my 4-night stay, with beautifully decorated units featuring a balcony and comfortable bed, and the attentive staff made everything seamless.

The view from our room at Haus Am Strand - On The Beach was absolutely breathtaking. We could open the doors onto the balcony and see the ocean right in front of us. It was truly a magical experience. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location was perfect with easy access to the beach and a short walk to some fantastic restaurants in the area. The hospitality of the staff was top-notch, making us feel welcome and attended to throughout our stay. I have to mention the WiFi, which was excellent and accessible even outside in the garden. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and friendly service.

Nice place, amazing view from the room. Easy access to the beach from the garden. The terrace and the balcony has a stunning view. The staff was helpful and give us good advice about what to do in the area.

Our room was small and the lack of air conditioning made it very hot during the night. The fan provided didn't really help.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with direct access to the beach. We loved being able to wake up and see the waves crashing right outside our window. the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location was also a major plus, with restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall all within a short distance. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the Garden Route made for a stunning scenic drive.

That there was no air-conditioning in the room, only a fan. This meant that the room could get a bit warm at times, especially during the Christmas season.
